As an Account Executive at Captify you will be at the heart of the company! The Account Management team are responsible for delivering campaigns, exceeding client goals and providing the best service levels so that client spends will grow.
You will be coordinating with internal teams to make sure that Captify clients (ranging from Disney to KFC) have everything they need to make more money using the Captify technology.
You will be working with all kinds of data and sharing your findings internally and externally, by having a keen eye for detail you will be able to spot anomalies and analyse how performance can be improved.
You will be supporting clients not only with ensuring that data is received to make campaigns a success but also that they make money! You’ll also support clients by responding to emails with clear helpful information where needed.
You’ll make sure that Captify campaigns are properly set up, and are live on time (don’t worry, you’ll get full training in the nitty-gritty of this!)
