Is organised your middle name? Are you unbeatable at keeping track of your own life admin? If this sounds like you then a role in Admin Support will get you flexing those skills to the next level.

In an Admin Support role at the Women in Tech forum you will assist the CEO and COO with administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

This will be a varied role to keep you on your toes! You might be answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and supporting visitors to the office or helping out with typing up documents, photocopying, and scanning.

You will be writing draft correspondence on behalf of the Execs, such as letters, emails and confidential reports, so sharpen up your typing skills.

There could be agendas to prepare and briefs for meetings to be circulated, along with the coordination of small projects. You definitely won’t be bored.
