Caspian One is a fast-growing and ambitious recruitment specialist within the FinTech and Broadcast Industries. As a Candidate Consultants you will work closely with Account Managers/Team Leaders and clients to deliver a high-quality recruitment solution.

You will attract candidates by searching through our database, as well as networking and headhunting. You will also screen candidates, interview them, do background checks, and the final step is to match candidates to the clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build effective working relationships with candidates and clients.
• Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
• Generate leads and referrals from candidate searches/calls.
• Receive and review applications and shortlist candidates.
• Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Prepare CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
• Organise interviews for candidate as requested by the client.
• Management of interview process, from candidate preparation to detailed feedback.
• Ensure all tasks are accurately documented on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System.
