As a Candidate Experience Intern you will help and support young people who join the Tempo platform looking for a Kickstart role (just like you did!)
You’ll support the onboarding, application and the interview process and work closely with the wider Kickstart team to ensure all procedures are followed and in place for the candidates to start their placements on time, and with all the correct documentation.
If anyone needs a chat, you will be there to provide a listening ear, this includes making sure the client is happy too!
You’ll keep a close eye on the Tempo platform, making sure that the hiring process is moving smoothly along and following up with any interview requests that come in.
You’ll also assist with admin requirements and flag and pesky technical issues on the platform to the wider team.
