Client Operations Administrator

If you want to get behind the scenes of a very successful app and gain an insight into all things Ops, a role at JustPark could be up your street.

As an Operations Administrator you will work with the Operations team to ensure that JustPark delivers against their client contracts across public-and private-sector contracts. You’ll be a point of contact for internal and external queries and get to see what is required behind the scenes at JustPark to keep the business running smoothly, and making a profit!

You’ll be in charge of issuing new paperwork and making sure that tasks are being completed correctly against internal ops processes. You’ll keep spreadsheets and internal docs updated and accurate.

You’ll need to be on the ball with communication as you’ll be chatting to customers, clients and internal team members, navigating systems and keeping a close eye on that tell-all data.

Your assistance would also be super appreciated with supporting the team with admin tasks, some general office duties and ad hoc project work.
