As a Creative Digital Marketing Asociate you will assist with increasing brand awareness and driving business growth through engaging and relevant creative digital media. 

You will directly support the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and COO (Chief Operations Officer) with the design and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy. You will be producing and publishing digital content, and supporting with online event management and the Women In Tech forum digital presence.

You might be analysing data from previous marketing activities to see what worked and what could be improved, from this data you’ll be able to discuss what you think is the best approach for the target market, getting busy with writing some creative, engaging, and effective content.

With your creative head on you’ll be writing content and having a snoop at what other similar businesses are doing to make sure that Women in Tech forum are ahead of the game.

You’ll be getting busy with the social media platforms, developing a calendar that addresses each target audience across channels, keeping their pages up to date, fresh and relevant.


What makes a great Women in Tech Forum team member?
  • Well, first and foremost you don’t have to be a woman! Men are welcomed too.
  • You really feel a connection with what the company is trying to achieve and you want to learn more as you go along.
  • You’re confident using social media, you probably have your own accounts that you update regularly.
  • You’re super organised and have a good eye for detail - nothing gets past you!
  • You are a confident communicator on email, on the phone and face-to-face.
  • You know your way around MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
