As a Customer Onboarding Exec you will focus on delivering a top-notch customer journey for all of the Florence healthcare professionals, both new and existing!
You will be making great relationships with the healthcare community with a focus on customer service. You will have your eyes on the nation as you onboard Florence Nurses and Carers to areas that are needed - this could be England, Scotland or Wales.
You’ll help new workers get onto their first shift, making sure they know how to successfully use the Florence platform, and making sure they get the most out of it. You’ll be the know-it-all for making sure Florence users workers have supplied all the right documents to crack on with their job (such as passports, visas etc) and you’ll store these documents securely.
You’ll be happy to jump on a live email chat to solve a query or grab the phone. You’ll have an ear to the ground on what is going on in the healthcare community and be sharing any ideas for improvement you might have with the team to help Florence continue to grow.
