As a Customer Operations & Sales Assistant at Seep you will be working closely with the Founder and Chief Operating Officer within this close-knit friendly team. Seep wants to bring people household products like sponges, cloths, dish brushes that are better for the planet, look great and that are easy to use.
Seep was founded in 2020 and is already being sold through Amazon, through selected retailers like Selfridges (ooh!) and of course, online. We’re B Corp Pending and we’ve won an award for innovation from the Mayor of London. Our values are to be changemakers, fresh, kind and straight up.

Your main objectives will be to make sure our customers are happy and informed regarding their Seep product queries/purchases.
You’ll be keeping a close eye on customers contacting us via email or on social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) responding to queries in a timely and friendly manner. You’ll also be helping with marketing campaigns and new product launches by ensuring stock and the website is ready to go, and supporting new business development by researching new stockists and getting in touch with them to introduce Seep.
When you’re not checking in with the Seep community of customers, you will be assisting with the operational side of the business, this will involve making sure that our day-to-day customer operations (orders, deliveries, samples) are operating smoothly. This might involve arranging for replacement orders, managing returns, and arranging repeat orders for Amazon and retail customers.
