Customer Operations & Sales Assistant

Sick of single-use plastics? Serious about sustainability? Step into the world of Seep….

As a Customer Operations & Sales Assistant at Seep you will be working closely with the Founder and Chief Operating Officer within this close-knit friendly team. Seep wants to bring people household products like sponges, cloths, dish brushes that are better for the planet, look great and that are easy to use.

Seep was founded in 2020 and is already being sold through Amazon, through selected retailers like Selfridges (ooh!) and of course, online. We’re B Corp Pending and we’ve won an award for innovation from the Mayor of London. Our values are to be changemakers, fresh, kind and straight up.

Our social media reflects who we are and is helping us to grow our community of customers.

Your main objectives will be to make sure our customers are happy and informed regarding their Seep product queries/purchases.

You’ll be keeping a close eye on customers contacting us via email or on social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) responding to queries in a timely and friendly manner.  You’ll also be helping with marketing campaigns and new product launches by ensuring stock and the website is ready to go, and supporting new business development by researching new stockists and getting in touch with them to introduce Seep.

When you’re not checking in with the Seep community of customers, you will be assisting with the operational side of the business, this will involve making sure that our day-to-day customer operations (orders, deliveries, samples) are operating smoothly. This might involve arranging for replacement orders, managing returns, and arranging repeat orders for Amazon and retail customers.

What makes a Seep team member so super?

  • You’re great at communicating with others, whether this is on the phone, on email, on social media or face-to-face. You’re confident with talking to all kinds of people.
  • You’re super organised and can handle a few tasks on the go at the same time.
  • You like to be creative and think outside the box and will enjoy working somewhere where fresh ideas are encouraged and welcomed.
  • You have a bit of Excel knowledge in you (but you don’t have to be a pro!)
  • You enjoy trying new things and getting out of your comfort zone.
