As a Customer Service Administrator you’ll be on the ball (sorry…) helping Magic League customers both new and existing, in using the platform.
You’ll get to learn the Magic League platform in all its glory so that you can provide excellent customer service confidently and with a smile.
If you do find there are reports of bugs/glitches/broken links you’ll report these items back to the development team to get cracking on getting them fixed.
You’ll lend a helping hand to lots of different departments such as Marketing and Operations, giving you a great all-round experience.
What makes a Magic League team member score top points?
- You like to chat! Whether that's on the phone or email, you’ll be helping customers get the best of of Magic League.
- Experience working in customer services (at any level). This could be from working behind a bar, in a shop or call centre - basically anywhere where you have had to deal with customers either face to face or on the phone/email.
- You’re interested in the idea of the app and want to learn more about the company and how it works. You don’t have to be a fitness mad person but if you play a team sport that’s great!
- You take pride in your organisational skills, you can handle a few things on the go at the same time. Perhaps you’ve organised a mate’s birthday party or arranged a big day out with the family.
