As part of the Customer Support team you’ll get a first peek at reviewing new listings from the JustPark space owners. You’ll be on hand to approve spaces that meet all the requirements and communicate with customers to help them improve their listings to make the grade.
But you won’t just be looking at listings. You’ll support across a range of administrative tasks to make sure our team are working effectively and efficiently, delivering the very best service to our customers.
Communication is key in this role, you’ll be in regular contact with drivers, space owners and the rest of the JustPark team to make sure that all the information required is present, correct and stored in the right place. You’ll get full training on the JustPark systems so that you know exactly what is what!
You’ll keep a tight grip on documentation and be able to spot where there might be trends developing, or where improvements can be made.
Alongside being a customer service superstar there will be other ways to support the JustPark team whether this is ad hoc projects, some general office duties or admin tasks.
