Customer Service Assistant

If you’re great with people and fancy working with a luxury athleisure brand that’s new on the block, a role at Ernest Leoty could be a great start.

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the first point of contact for customers who have a query on their Ernest Leoty item. 

You’ll be responding to customer emails quickly and efficiently and helping with any queries customers may have. You’ll keep track of any customer service issues and be proactive in searching for a solution to keep your customers happy.

You might be arranging returns, exchanges or refunds and you’ll be in regular contact with the warehouse team to make sure everyone has their correct order so that Ernest Leoty wearers can get out there and look fab!

  • It’s great if you’ve already had some experience in customer service and customer service software such as Gorgias or Zendesk, but don’t worry if not, it’s not essential to the role.
