Event Management Assistant

If you’re looking for a way to get onto the events ladder, both online and IRL, then GEN UK could have the role for you.

As an Event Management Assistant you will support GEN UK to deliver a range of events, many will be virtual and delivered through the GEN UK HUB. Events that GEN UK work on during the year include International Women’s Day, Commonwealth Women's Entrepreneurship Summit and Founder Well-being.

Your day-to-day may vary but you can expect to be involved in diary and calendar management on the HUB - making sure there are no clashes and that everyone knows where they are meant to be, and when!

There will be pre-recorded virtual events to upload into the HUB, and you’ll support exciting live events through the HUB with links to live streaming for participants and audiences.

Behind the scenes, your help will be required in the delivery of training programmes, so you’ll be able to get involved with things like creating videos and presentations.

You’ll be best buds with the GEN UK team, speakers and of course the all important tech support!
