As a Finance and HR Assistant you’ll get a great insight into two very important (and busy!) areas of a business.
With the finance team you’ll be helping respond to emails from employees about payslips and other work documents, you’ll also make sure everyone gets paid on time (including the tax man!). You might be helping with invoices and bookkeeping or helping to set up new Florence clients onto the internal finance systems.
There will be lots to do, including finding out why any invoices haven’t been paid, and updating anything that might be out of date. Always got a neat stack of H&M receipts at home? That’s the kind of organisation that is needed! Working with the HR team you’ll be helping and supporting new employees at Florence, and dreaming up fun ideas for company events.
