As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will be part of a team of people dedicated to free mobility services that protect the environment and will act as a ‘brand ambassador’ - helping customers with any queries and bringing lots of positive vibes and energy.
There will be various tasks to get stuck into in this role, such as bike troubleshooting - you will be performing basic repair/maintenance tasks on the HumanForest e-bikes when required (don’t worry, you will get training on this!) This might involve swapping batteries, deploying/picking up, or repositioning the bikes. All out in the fresh air!
You’ll be casting a detailed eye over the data that the bikes pick up and presenting any interesting and useful information to the Ops Manager and offering solutions that could help optimise repair and route times.
With anything you do, as a team member on the front line, it will be very important that you report any technical or operations issues so that HumanForest can work on improving their service.
