What will I be doing at hundo?
We are growing fast! We need someone who knows how to supercharge our community around everything from NFT drops to Discord, and has a track record of effectively growing engaged audiences including fans, brands and investors.

This is a very unique opportunity to join a start-up in the early stages of our growth and to join a social impact business that you’ll be proud to have played a key part in building.

There is no such thing as a ‘typical day’ at hundo but you’ll report to the Director of Growth and bring your A-game to smash it at the following...

  • Manage and be the go-to person for hundo’s community, including our Discord channel.
  • Collaborate with team leads in Growth, Product and Partnerships to deliver relevant compelling content to the community.
  • Work with the Director of Growth and Technical Co-Founder to deliver the community strategy.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to maximise awareness for hundo’s community around hundo campaigns, the news cycle and calendar events.
  • Build and foster key relationships with various micro communities; from NFT token holders to investors and our Gen Z hundo Players.
  • Implicitly know what sort of content and tone of voice connects with both investors and Gen Z.
  • Spread good vibes and build relationships for hundo amongst crypto, blockchain, NFT, and metaverse communities.
  • Identify and onboard key tastemakers for hundo’s communities.
  • Be way ahead when it comes to emerging technologies, product launches and new opportunities for hundo to grow its community.
  • Report back on community performance at team meetings.
  • Mobilise the community to generate insights which support hundo’s business objectives.

What skills do I need for this role?

  • Cool as a cucumber - we are a start-up. Things move fast. We’re taking you with us so you gotta be adaptable and agile…(we’ll support you every step of the way).
  • Say what you mean - we want you to have your say, challenge senior team members and be vocal with your opinions. Everyone has a say in how hundo works!
  • Degree or bust? You don’t need a uni degree to work with hundo. End of!

How does a career collab work?

Career collabs are new, created by hundo to make sure you can start a career with companies that care. hundo has built loads of strong relationships with companies across the UK that want to invest in young people and help you grow. Our collabs are all about progression and we only work with businesses that are willing to put their time into helping you build a career.

Do I need to send my CV?

We don't care about CVs, we care about you. We believe in helping the real you shine, and that means getting you in front of the company as quickly as possible. Of course we can't make them magically disappear but we help take away the stress of getting it right and show you how to put together something that represents you.

Are there any real people I can speak to?

This is at the heart of what we are trying to do at hundo. We believe real careers are built on real relationships and our team will work with you to get you in the door and get you going in a new career as quickly as possible. We won't just hand you off to another HR person, we make sure you only speak to the right people and take the hassle out of the applying.
