What will I be doing at hundo?
We are growing fast! We need someone who lives and breathes socials, someone who can seamlessly manage multiple channels at any one time and supercharge our growth.  

This is a very unique opportunity to join a start-up in the early stages of our growth and to join a social impact business that you’ll be proud to have played a key part in building.

There is no such thing as a ‘typical day’ at hundo but you’ll report to the Director of Growth and bring your A-game to smash it at the following...

  • Manage and run all social channels, including the launch and roll out of new channels like TikTok.
  • Effortlessly create and manage social calendars and schedules for hundo’s content strategy and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the content team to maximise the performance of posts.
  • Provide recommendations for the founders and wider team’s accounts.
  • Come up with an endless stream of winning creative ideas, from video to article formats.
  • Steer our vertical video strategy through a mixture of creative ideas and smart analytical decision-making. 
  • Be the social go-to person within hundo; you’ll spot trends and know about the latest platform releases way ahead of anyone else.
  • Write sparkling copy and make sure all posts are in keeping with hundo’s tone of voice.
  • Report back on social stats during team meetings, and provide insightful deep dives to improve future performance.
  • Manage paid social activity.
  • Respond quickly to create buzz and awareness of hundo around topical talking points and calendar events. 
  • Grow engagement with hundo’s community by spreading positive vibes across all channels.

What skills do I need for this role?

  • Positive Vibes Only - you’re energetic, full of ideas and you want to challenge the norm.
  • You’re great at communicating and collab’ing with others - whether this is with a client or a colleague, you bring your A-game every time.
  • You like a buzzy environment and a bit of peace and quiet - whether you’re in the office with a full team or at home with the dog, you are happy working in both types of environment. 
  • Cool as a cucumber - we are a start-up. Things move fast. We’re taking you with us so you gotta be adaptable and agile…(we’ll support you every step of the way).
  • Say what you mean - we want you to have your say, challenge senior team members and be vocal with your opinions. Everyone has a say in how hundo works!
  • Degree or bust? You don’t need a uni degree to work with hundo. End of!
