Junior Designer (Marketing)

If you’ve got an eye for creativity and fancy a marketing job with a difference then Captify might have something up their sleeve for you.

As a Junior Designer working in the Marketing department you will be busy working on a marketing approach that is different to the norm- Captify don’t want to be another boring Tech brand!

You will have loads of varied tasks to get involved with, you might be updating the website and website blogs and preparing image updates to coincide with social and blog posts.

You’ll help out with the design of job posts using social media templates and explore instagram for new ideas for content.

You’ll help other team members complete updates on the website or in design by creating a logo library, sourcing images to use for presentation decks and making Captify branded documents such as letterheads and internal email templates.

When you’re not busy with the above you’ll also be helping the Senior Design team with some fun admin bits such as dreaming up some amazing idea for the Christmas party and helping the Commercial team orgazine prize bundles and hampers for client gifting.

What makes a great Captify team member?

  • You’ve got some basic experience in InDesign and Adobe Photoshop and you’re keen to learn more as you go along.
  • You’re organised and happy to have a few tasks on the go at the same time.
  • You enjoy being creative.
  • You’re happy working in a team environment.
  • You’re great at communicating with others, on the phone, on email and face to face.
  • You have a really good eye for detail and design.

If you’ve got it flaunt it (if not, Google it!)

  • If you have any experience in photography/videography/animation then this is great (perhaps you’ve made things on YouTube or TikTok??!) but don’t worry if not, it’s not essential to the role

How does a career collab work?

Career collabs are new, created by hundo to make sure you can start a career with companies that care. hundo has built loads of strong relationships with companies across the UK that want to invest in young people and help you grow. Our collabs are all about progression and we only work with businesses that are willing to put their time into helping you build a career.

Do I need to send my CV?

We don't care about CVs, we care about you. We believe in helping the real you shine, and that means getting you in front of the company as quickly as possible. Of course we can't make them magically disappear but we help take away the stress of getting it right and show you how to put together something that represents you.

Are there any real people I can speak to?

This is at the heart of what we are trying to do at hundo. We believe real careers are built on real relationships and our team will work with you to get you in the door and get you going in a new career as quickly as possible. We won't just hand you off to another HR person, we make sure you only speak to the right people and take the hassle out of the applying.
