Operations Analyst

If you want to build your skills in the Ad Tech industry and learn new skills too, then a role at Captify might be the right one for you!

As an Operations Analyst you will work alongside the Performance team and have the opportunity to see many different aspects of Captify life. 

You will be working with UK trading teams to identify key focus campaigns for analysis and evaluation.

You’ll be looking at a lot of data and building an understanding of what KPI’s (key performance indicators) and objectives impact the performance of a campaign.

You’ll make recommendations to the Trade team on adjustments that you think can be made across campaigns, tracking and impact so that everyone can see improved results.

 You’ll chat with the Partnerships team to discuss your analysis and usage trends to influence the decisions they make. All in all you will really build the fundamental skills of data analysis which will really help you move and grow in the world of Ad Tech!

 

What makes a great Captify team member?

  • You are interested in Captify and what they do - you want to learn new things as you go along.
  • You’ve got a really good eye for detail.
  • You have a knack of being able to explain complicated topics in a simple way (like when you have to explain how your iphone works to your Nan!)
  • You can handle a few tasks on the go at the same time and priortise items that are more important than others.
  • You’re confident in communicating with others, on the phone, on email and face to face.

 

If you’ve got it flaunt it (if not, Google it or use another search engine!)

  • If you know a bit about HTML code - Javascript, that would be good.
  • If you speak another language other than English this is also a plus. BUT don’t worry if you don’t match with either of the above, they are not essential skills to the role.
