As the People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking care of admin tasks across multiple countries.
You will work closely with the Regional People partner to assist with the creation of employee contracts, helping to onboard new employees, maintain Bolt’s HR systems and deliver a fantastic employee experience!
It’s all about people in this role. You’ll keep the Bolt systems up and running, carrying out admin tasks and making sure that the Bolt intranet is up to date with the correct employee info.
When new drivers join Bolt, you’ll introduce them to the “People-function” and help to create contracts, and sending out the relevant surveys for when someone joins or leaves the company - you’ll follow up on the experiences and results of the survey to see how best practices can improve.
You might be helping with recruitment - such as reviewing candidate profiles and job descriptions.
Workforce planning & recruitment - Collaborate with the Regional People Partners and give support to Managers on competencies needed, candidate profiles, Job Descriptions and collaborate with the Recruitment team for an effective and qualitative recruitment process as well as an excellent candidate experience.
You’ll help with staff training initiatives, both in the UK and abroad, and also with health, safety and wellness ideas to keep the teams healthy and happy. There may be performance reports to review and assisting with confidential areas such as grievances, conflicts and redundancies. It really will be an all-round role!
