Programmes Officer

Double whammy! With a role at Circl not only are you earning and learning new skills, but you’re also supporting a company who are helping others learn to be leaders.

As a Programmes Officer you’ll support in the day to day running of the Circl programme and adhoc programme projects to support the business growth.

You’ll be involved in programme coordination which involves taking care of the planning, logistics and communications for each programme (currently on Zoom, obvs!)

You’ll support with the day-to-day operations such as helping the team to document and develop processes that can grow with the business - such as creating engaging programme communications to get people interested and excited to learn more.

You’ll also be a point of contact for the business professionals (companies such as Google and Innocent) and the young future leaders (people like yourself!) helping them out with any queries they may have along the way.

  • Some experience in programme or event co-ordination and working with businesses/young people would be an advantage, but don’t worry if you don’t have this experience, it’s not essential to the role.
