Reed has a groups of Resourcing Coordinators managed by a Recruitment Team Manager, who is responsible for ensuring the growth and development of client relationships and building a team that can successfully source candidates for some of the UK's leading companies.
As a Recruitment Team Manager, you will be task with leading your team and helping them develop their relationship building skills. By reviewing and analysing performance data, you'll focus on optimising your team's performance, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships of your own.
Part of this will mean attracting prospective candidates for roles, assessing their suitability, and preparing them for interviews and meeting the client. You will own the journey for the candidate and help place the right people in the right place.
