Social Media Coordinator - Sustainable fashion brand

As a Social Media Coordinator your role will be at the heart of creating and maintaining a strong online presence for the Plain and Simple sustainable fashion brand. Your role will include implementing online marketing strategies across all of the Plain and Simple social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.

You will be responsible for creating original text, imagery, video content, scheduling and managing posts, responding to followers, creating and managing relationships with content creators and influencers, managing giveaways and the day-to-day online presence.. 

You’ll manage the social media scheduling, making sure each account is posting at the optimum time and monitoring comments, likes and shares across the board. There may be comments and queries to respond to (not to mention people sliding into your DMs!) you will be able to handle these comments like a pro. You’ll also get down to the nitty gritty of audience research and analysing how well the channels are performing.

As a new kind of fashion brand the Plain and Simple Instagram account is the only established channel with just over 5,000 followers. This role will be a real social channel building opportunity to not only continue to grow the Instagram but create and establish a presence across all other social channels. Your work will lay the foundation for all social activities going forward. NO BIGGIE!

If you’ve got it flaunt it (if not, Google it)

  • A BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus here, but don’t worry if you don’t have that, it’s not required for this role.
