As a Social Media Executive you will be getting involved with planning and creating engaging social media posts, responding to comments and queries, managing DMs and inboxes, and ensuring the voice of Pig is loud and proud on all of the Snaffling Pig social media accounts.
You will be the voice behind the Snaffling Pig brand, so you’ll need to get your snout into the brand guidelines, take them all in and make sure your tone of voice and values embody the company completely.
You’ll be writing engaging copy, managing the social media content calendar, managing promotions and T&C’s - you’ll need to be on the ball and prepared to respond to fast-moving trends and movements across Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook, Twitter, and even LinkedIn. Think reels, boomerangs, videos, and so on!
On the flip side to content creation, you’ll be producing reports that analyse customer engagement and report your findings back to the team.
Working in collab with the Marketing Manager will involve liaising with creative agencies and Tech partners and with the Consumer Champions side of the company you will be working alongside the account management and customer service teams. You may even get involved with new product launches -phew!
