Youth Worker Academy - X Mobile Worker

If you’re a proud Londoner, with a love of music and getting creative, you can make a real difference to young people in your community with a role at XLP.

Working in the Youth Academy as part of the arts team you will have will have the opportunity to work with the X-mobile Project manager in their fixed recording studios based in Stratford and Lewisham.

But that’s not all, you will also jump onboard the XLP Mobile Van recording studio, helping young people to create music content.

When you’re not nurturing budding young musical talent you will be helping to manage the XLP social media accounts - this will include enabling young people to develop their performance skills and record musical content and videos.

You will play a key role in helping extending the number of young people XLP support and who move forward in their creative arts and life journey’s as we come out of lockdown.
